When I type in my 32-digit code to create my login, I get a error message.
When typing in the code, you may have entered the letter O instead of a zero “0”. Any letter that appears to be the letter O is actually the number 0.
After I typed in my 32-digit code, I typed in my username and password, then a message came up that said this username already exists. What do I do?
Select a different username and try again. There is some one else who uses the username you requested.
When I go to the Portal address and type in my username and password and hit “submit”, it says “Page not found….” What do I do
If your browser settings for privacy and security are set high, you may not be able to view the Portal Information. Check your settings under “Tools” and “Internet Options”.
I know my username and password, but I have been locked out.

I do not get a report when I try to print.
Make sure you are not blocking pop-ups from the portal site. If you see “Pop-Up Blocked’ below your toolbar, click the Pop-Up Blocked notification and always allow Pop-Ups from this site. Also, make sure you have the most current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
