Dear Center Community, Staff, and Families,
As I step into my role as your Superintendent, I want to extend my gratitude to everyone who has reached out to offer such a warm welcome. From my very first interactions with our dedicated staff, parents, and community members, it has been clear that Center is a special place rooted in pride, connection, and a shared dedication to our students. I am thrilled to join the Center family.
Over the past few weeks, I’ve had the privilege of engaging in listening sessions and wonderful conversations across our district. Hearing your stories, your hopes for our schools, and your vision for our students' future has been both energizing.
As we look ahead to the upcoming school year, our immediate focus is making sure every student is prepared for a smooth, successful start on day one.
To help us prepare, I strongly encourage all families to register their students for the new school year using the online registration system in Infinite Campus (IC). You can complete this by yourself if you have login access to IC or please feel welcome to come to the school between 8am and 4pm starting on Monday, July 27 through Thursday, July 30.
I include a special invitation to all high school students willing to work for volunteer hours on Thursday, July 30 to please contact Ms. Banning at sbanning@center.k12.co for an assignment to assist parents needing help with technology or hand out backpacks. You can decide on your shift time or help all day if you want and we'll provide the food.
Whether you are returning to Center or joining our district for the first time, we cannot wait to see your children walk through our doors. Thank you once again for making me feel so at home. I look forward to working alongside each of you to support, inspire, and empower every student in our district.
