Educator Effectiveness
Every child in every community deserves excellent classroom teachers and building leaders who are supported in their professional growth.  Classroom teaching and school leadership are the strongest school-based factors impacting student achievement.  

Center Consolidated School District uses the State Model Evaluation System that is aligned with Senate Bill 10-191 and State Board Rules. The Colorado State Model Performance Management System (RANDA) is a tool to support our district in the implementation, data collection, and effective use of the evaluation system.  

Included on this site is a brief overview of the Educator Quality Standards, the State Board of Education Requirements, and a brief overview of SB 10-191.
