Good Morning Viking Fans, your MS Boys Basketball A-Team will be traveling to Monte Vista today, game starts at 5:30pm. The MS Boys Basketball B-Team will be traveling to Alamosa today, game starts at 6:00pm. Good luck to our MS Boys Basketball teams.

Good evening Viking Fans, your Center Lady Vikings will be playing tomorrow at 2:40pm for for third place, and your Center Vikings will be playing at 7:40pm in the Championship Game. Come out and support your HS Viking Basketball teams. Games are at Sangre HS.

The state has cancelled the vaccine clinic for tomorrow for 5-11 year olds. Saguache County Public Health has stepped in to help us out! The vaccine clinic will now be tomorrow, Friday December 3rd, from 1pm - 4pm at the high school gym! 5-11 year olds can get either their first or second dose! No registration necessary! Please spread the word! Dear Parents, Due to the increase in positive cases of COVID-19 in the high school, we will be requiring masks for the next two weeks at the high school for all students and staff regardless of vaccination status. Everyone should monitor themselves for any signs and symptoms of COVID-19. If you have any symptoms you should stay home and get tested. We are able to test at school as well so if any students or staff would like to be tested next week please talk to a school nurse. If students or staff do not want to wear masks please talk to Mr. Jones and arrange for your absence from school for the next two weeks. As always, masks continue to be highly encouraged for middle school students. Queridos padres, Debido al aumento de casos positivos de COVID-19 en la escuela secundaria, necesitaremos máscaras durante las próximas dos semanas en la escuela secundaria para todos los estudiantes y el personal, independientemente del estado de vacunación. Attention Parents of 5-11 year olds- we will have a vaccine clinic this Friday from 2-6pm in the High School gym for students ages 5-11 that need their first or second vaccine. We are finally able to start our serial weekly COVID-19 testing program at the school. The students who have already signed up will be tested tomorrow. Message for parents/guardians and students- Students will get the option to Zoom into classes if they are mandated to stay home because of Covid 19 protocols. If they are missing school because of other reasons (non Covid) they need to check with their teachers.-Thx-Jones
